Appropriate PE shrink film for the product dimensions is loaded into the film carriage of the machine.
Products are fed consistently into the machine via the feeding conveyor.
Products wrapped in shrink film are cut and sealed by a servo driven motion sealing bar. They are then conveyed through a shrink tunnel. Inside the shrink tunnel, the controlled heat distribution allows the shrink film to tightly wrap around the product's surface and takes its shape. At the tunnel exit, cold air is applied to stabilize the packaging, ensuring a professional appearance.
